WELCOME TO SOUTH MERIDEN BASEBALL
South Meriden Baseball offers Cal Ripken Baseball - a Division of Babe Ruth League, Inc. and is located at Habershon Field, 49 Meadow St, South Meriden, CT. We allow registrations from all of Meriden, Wallingford, Middletown, Middlefield, Southington, Berlin, and Cheshire.
Cal Ripken is different from Little League in that our Majors Division Players (ages 10-12) play on a 50' x 70' infield (vs. Little League 46' x 60'). The larger infield helps to better prepare players for the transition to junior high school and high school baseball. The larger infield at this age group is also aligned with most travel baseball leagues.
Do you play for a private travel program? No problem! Most of our Minors and Majors level players also play for local private travel programs. South Meriden Baseball does our very best to try and work around travel games played in East Shore League.

ULTIMATE SPORTS FALL AND WINTER TRAINING
Ultimate Sports on Hanover Road here in Meriden has plenty of Fall and Winter Clinics to sharpen your skills and get ready for Spring 2026! If group clinics are not your thing, they also provide 1:1 lessons with experienced staff. Ultimate Sports also hosts birthday parties. Kids play various sports in their arena which the kids absolutely LOVE! Click the above link for more information and to register!
