South Meriden Baseball is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization made up of 100% volunteers and is located at Habershon Field, 49 Meadow Street, South Meriden, CT.

South Meriden Baseball offers Cal Ripken Baseball - a Division of Babe Ruth League, Inc.  We allow registrations from all of Meriden, Wallingford, Middletown, Middlefield, Southington, Berlin, and Cheshire. 

Cal Ripken is different from Little League in that our Majors Division Players (ages 10-12) play on a 50' x 70' infield (vs. Little League 46' x 60').  The larger infield helps to better prepare players for the transition to junior high school and high school baseball.  The larger infield at this age group is also aligned with most travel baseball leagues.

Do you play for a private travel program?  No problem!  Most of our Minors and Majors level players also play for local private travel programs.  South Meriden Baseball does our very best to try and work around travel games played in East Shore League.
